Description
Français : Montferrier moulin de Gasconnet façade nord du moulin :

Cette façade, d'environ 10 mètres de haut, fait face à l'ancien bassin de prises d'eau ( la "resclause"), annexe à la paissière (seuil du moulin).

Les prises d'eau pour les 3 turbines se présentaient comme des petits tunnels à la base de cette façade.

Ce bassin et les prises d'eau sont aujourd'hui enfouies sous plus d'un mètre de sédiments.

La façade comporte deux massifs éperons ( ou "becs") permettant de faire face aux crues du Lez ("lézades"). Ces éperons sont un renforcement, 19e siècle, du bâti antérieur.
