Description
Italiano: Moderna rievocazione in chiave artistica di un funesto fatto storico avvenuto nel lontano 1848. L'artista ha interpretato l'avvenimento traendo ispirazione da altri artisti come il Guernica di Picasso.Su di una lastra di marmo bianco è rappresentata la tensione e la paura degli abitanti di Castelnuovo. Il potere è rappresentato da un'aquila in ferro battuto. Impressiona e contrasta il bianco del marmo con il colore del ferro con il quale è trattata l'Aquila imperiale Austriaca. Il paese di Castelnuovo per la sua posizione si trovò al centro di quasi tutte le guerre per l'Indipendenza Italiana. Monumento moderno stupendo.
