Description
Русский: Москва, Большой Саввинский 15 - бывший приют для неизлечимых больных, арх. С. У. Соловьёв, построен в 1901 на месте бывшей усадьбы Погодина (который дал имя Погодинской улице). При советской власти - Институт дефективного ребёнка (именно так, в единственном числе), институт коммунальной санитарии и гигиены и так далее. В 21 веке - ФГБУ «Центр стратегического планирования и управления медико-биологическими рисками здоровью» (что бы это ни значило).
