Description
Русский: Москва, Садовническая 9 - новодел на месте уничтоженного доходного дома Привалова (точнее, комплекса домов), построенного по проекту Эрнста Нирнзее. При советской власти - коммуналки для работников соседней электростанции. Дома Привалова снесены в январе 2016 с "сохранением" (якобы) фасадной стены по Садовнической. Новодел сдан в эксплуатацию в 2019. А в 2021 в Замоскворечье пришла "моя улица" Собянина-Хуснуллина, и её результат наблюдается на переднем плане. Разгром полнейший.
