Français : Moteur à induction, diphasé, fabriqué par R. Alioth et Cie, numéro 1042,Type M4. daté vers 1891.
Le circuit du rotor de ce moteur est l'ancêtre de la cage d'écureuil. Il est constitué d'un fil en cuivre épais branché en court-circuit, totalement isolé en double couche coton sur toute sa longueur et de surcroit gainé d'un autre isolant dans les encoches qui sont légèrement inclinées.
