Description

Here's an architectural shot of one of my favorite areas of the Banff Springs Hotel, Mount Stephen Hall. I like the arches and giant windows. It does feel like a castle in the rockies. So far, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has done very well controlling lens flare. Here's a bright light source in the photo and I did manage to get a bit of lens flare on the far left. Colour and detail are still fine though. Very impressed by the detail that can be seen on the coat of arms on the back wall. It's one thing to be able to resolve detail up close, it's totally another thing doing it at distance. The edges are still doing fine and is not a distraction to me.
