Ernesto Espiridion Ríos Rocha artista nacido el 07/11/1968 en el municipio de Mocorito estado de Sinaloa México. Es pintor, muralista y compositor. Actualmente su sede de trabajo es la Ciudad de México. Es fundador de la Organización Mundial de Artistas Integrados (OMAI), cuya objetivo es promover el arte y la cultura a través de exposiciones y congresos, principalmente de pintores de diversas nacionalidades. La obra de Ríos se divide en varias áreas, se destaca pintura artística, muralismo y compositor de música popular norteña. Pintura artística: Entre sus obras representativas se encuentran “Enlace Estético”, La Puerta del Aser”, y la serie de pinturas relacionadas con el apocalipsis e interpretaciones religiosas que lo motivan a pintar temas surrealistas. Muralismo: Tiene más de 30 murales públicos entre los cuales se encuentran 

“Desarrollo y transformación académico-revolucionaria”, biblioteca Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (UAS) sede Ciudad Guamúchil, Sinaloa, México, “Historia, deporte, cultura y recreación”, Parque Culiacán 87, Culiacán, Sinaloa, México, “Resurgimiento de la Medicina Municipal”, Dirección Municipal de Salud, Acapulco, Guerrero, México, “Culiacán, Raíces Históricas y Culturales”,  Ayuntamiento de Culiacán, Sinaloa. México, “Raíces de Elota”, Ayuntamiento de La Cruz de Elota, Sinaloa, México, “Neiva 400 años”, Centro Cultural y Convenciones José Eustasio Rivera, Neiva Huila Colombia,  “Mural alegórico al Mar de Cortés”, edificio de Mazatlán International Center de la ciudad de Mazatlán, México. Esta última obra se encuentra en el  Guinness World Records del 2009 por su tamaño y calidad artística.
