This painting is depicting the artist's wife Pasqualina Cervone together with the artist's daughter Anna (b.1911) and son Andrea (b.1912). The painting can be dated only 1913 if we consider that the year later, in 1914, the artist's and his wife had another daughter Maria, and they will have another son in 1920, Raffaele, the last one. (source for most of his family history)

Also the scene seems to be set in the gardens of Villa Borghese in Rome, same as this painting that is very close to this one.
