1969 - Visited the NZ Medical Team at Bong Son Hospital. Burns most likely caused by a cooking primus. Most of the burns accidents were caused by using the wrong fuel in a primus or charcoal braziers tipping over. Both hospitals did receive napalm victims but the majority of the burns cases were caused by fires within the home. Our Team leader, Dr. Graham Powell & Dan McCloud ran a campaign with the local Vietnamese radio station warning of the dangers of improper use of the primus' and braziers. - trường hợp bỏng là do cháy trong nhà |
