Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Scheme of peptide synthesis within cells using nucleic acid template chemistry. The hybridization of conjugated oligonumers (olinucleotides) in cellular RNA lead to chemical reaction between unprotected peptides. Chemically active groups of peptides interact with each other. A new peptide consisting of two peptides is released within cells. The synthesis of the peptide is performed only within cells having specific mRNA, RNA, or DNA molecules. The sensitivity of such a synthesis is specific up to one mismatch on the template
