Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dive Bomber Duck, one of numerous Whirligigs created by Lucama, North Carolina outsider artist Vollis Simpson (1919 – 2013) on display at the Northbound North Carolina Welcome Center along Interstate 95 in Robeson County, North Carolina. This picture was taken on September 16, 2017, but held back over copyright issues. However the fact that an entire category is dedicated to his major project known as Whirligig Park in Wilson, North Carolina, there should be no problem displaying this one elsewhere in the commons.
