Summary[edit]

Description
English: One of two photographs of northbound Saw Mill River Parkway at the intersection with Lawrence (Exit 16) in Dobbs Ferry, New York on the left. This is yet another example of an intersection that was originally supposed to be upgraded into an interchange, but was thwarted by anti-highway zealotry, under the guise of preserving the nature of the parkway, Of course, building a glorified strip mall in a location where an interchange should've been constructed seems to be okay to local residence.
