English: Two different NE5534 op amps with TI lettering. Top is (presumably) a genuine TI from a well-established dealer. Bottom is (also presumably) a fake from aliexpress, five cents a piece. update: Certified fake. The same 18SCHO8M code is repeated in various Chinese NE5532 and LM358. Input bias current of this "NE5534" is some five times lower than it should be (ca. 100 uA in place of ca. 500 uA), and it flows in opposite direction than in the real thing. And most importantly it is apparently internally compensated, the compensation capacitor pins are not connected to the die. Go figure. Русский: Два операционных усилителя NE5534. Сверху предположительно настоящий производства TI, снизу китайский фальшак. Тот же самый заводской код 18SCHO8M повторяется на других китайских ОУ - NE5532, LM358... Входные токи примерно в пять раз ниже нормы для NE5534, и имеют противоположное направление. Выводы частотной компенсации ни к чему не подключены. То есть внутри - частотно-скомпенсированный ОУ общего назначения, что-то типа LM358. |
