Description
English: This chart shows the location of the star formation region NGC 3582 within the constellation of Carina. This map shows most of the stars visible to the unaided eye under good conditions, and the nebula itself is marked as a green square within a red circle. Through a moderate-sized amateur telescope this object appears as a fan-shaped haze.
Español: Este mapa muestra la ubicación de la región de formación estelar NGC 3582 en la constelación de Carina. En el mapa se señalan la mayoría de las estrellas visibles a simple vista bajo buenas condiciones y la nebulosa corresponde al cuadrado verde enmarcado en un círculo rojo. A través de un telescopio de tamaño moderado este objeto aparece como una neblina con forma de abanico.
