Summary[edit]
DescriptionNagano Monkeys.jpg |
English: This photo shows monkeys from Jigokudani Monkey Park. Here, in the mountains of Japan, people have made a habitat for local Japanese macaques. Due to deforestation, macaques began to descend from the mountains, thereby harming the agriculture of local residents, so local people decided to make a special reserve for the monkeys, where they can spend a long time without unnecessary worries. Thanks to the geothermal zone, the locals have made something like hot springs for macaques, where monkeys can spend all their time. The photo shows the leader of a pack of local Japanese macaques, surrounded by females, who approach him cautiously. All because of the very harsh and violent nature of the current "Alpha" leader.
Eesti: Sellel fotol on Jigokudani Monkey Parki ahvid. Siin, Jaapani mägedes, inimesed on loonud elupaiga kohalikele Jaapani makaakidele. |
