На поверхні арсеніду галію під час електрохімічної обробки було вирощено нановіскери, які складаються з оксиду арсену. Такі структури представляють потенційний інтерес для дослідження умов формування власних оксидів на поверхні напівпровідників, а також самоорганізації наноструктур у впрорядковані кристаліти. Морфологію отриманих структур вивчали за допомогою Скануючого електронного мікроскопу SEO-SEM Inspect S50-B. Зображення було розфарбоване за допомогою Adobe Фотошоп в жанрі Наукового мистецтва Наноарт. Збільшено в 7000 разів Ця робота символізує прохання України підтримати її боротьбу проти зовнішньої агресії та надати танкі Leopard, необхідних для захисту їсуверенітету в умовах триваючої російсько-української війни.. Його випуск збігається з глобальною хвилею флешмобів, де люди надягають одяг з леопардовим принтом і діляться селфі в Інтернеті, таким чином підсилюючи повідомлення. These structures represent potential interest for studying the conditions of native oxide formation on semiconductor surfaces and the self-organization of nanostructures into ordered crystallites. The morphology of the obtained structures was studied using the Scanning Electron Microscope SEO-SEM Inspect S50-B. The image was colored using Adobe Photoshop in the genre of Scientific Art Nanoart. Magnified 7000 times. This work symbolizes Ukraine's request for support in its fight against external aggression and the need for Leopard tanks to defend its sovereignty amidst the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War.
