English: Medal from 1806 depicting the Napoleonic Sanhedrin, in the collection of the Jewish Museum of Switzerland.

Front: Bust of Napoleon, inscription (in French): "Napoleon Em(pereur) et Roi", signature. Below inscription, (French) "Grand Sanhedrin XXX Mai MDCCCCVI". Back: idealised figure of the emperor handing over tablets of the law to a half-kneeling Moses with horns, inscription below.

Avers : Buste de Napoléon, transcription : "Napoléon Em(pereur) et Roi", signature. En dessous: "Grand Sanhedrin XXX Mai MDCCCCVI". Revers : figure idéalisée de l'empereur remettant les Tables de la Loi à un Moïse à moitié agenouillé et portant des cornes, inscription en dessous.
