Deutsch: Die Vockeröder Lindengruppe im nordhessischen Werra-Meißner-Kreis soll einst nach der Beendigung des Deutsch-Französischen Krieges von 1870 bis 1871 oder, nach einer anderen Version, am Ende der Franzosenherrschaft im Jahr 1813 gepflanzt worden sein. Anlässlich der Neuregelung des Naturschutzes durch das Naturschutzgesetz vom 26. Juni1935 wurde die Baumgruppe in der Flur „Die Kohleisen“ mit Zustimmung der höheren Naturschutzbehörde unter der laufenden Nummer 89 in das Naturdenkmalbuch des Kreises Eschwege eingetragen und erhielt mit dem Inkrafttreten der Verordnung zur Sicherung von Naturdenkmalen in den Stadt- und Landkreisen des Regierungsbezirks Kassel am 1. November 1938 den Schutz des Reichsnaturschutzgesetzes. In der Liste der Naturdenkmale des Werra-Meißner-Kreises haben die Linden die Nummer ND 636.589. |
