Summary[edit]

Description These three historic buildings are located on Neave Street in Cincinnati's Lower Price Hill neighborhood. Two of the three 19th-Century Buildings are completely empty, having once been walk-up type apartment buildings that were vandalized during their abandonment, losing several windows due to a fire, and the red-brick building furtherest to the left was left open to the elements for several years before finally being stabilized and secured. There was once an additional building on this row that matched said building, which suffered a fire that damaged the building furtherest to the left as well, and was demolished sometime around 2012 or 2013, leaving a huge gap in the streetscape that has only recently been filled by a community garden. These buildings need attention, and the sole occupied building, home to Henry's Market, is presently for sale, and will hopefully be renovated. These buildings are in better shape than many others in the neighborhood, but need attention in order to secure their future as part of a revitalized Lower Price Hill.
