Merknad:  Kolberggården, Nedre Bakklandet 1, bygård som 1833 tilhørte skipper Peter Bostad. 1904 kjøpte kjøpmann Karl Kolberg gården og han kjøpte 1923 grunnen av Schives legat. Kolberg drev lenge sin kolonialforretning i gården. [Kilde: Trondheim Byleksikon (Oslo 2008) s. 294]

Bakklandsbrygga, Nedre Bakklandet 2, bryggeeiendom ved Gamle Bybro. Den første kjente eier var rådmann Hans Hornemann. Hans sønn, etatsråd Henrik Hans Hornemann, overtok den 1765 fra farens dødsbo. Han solgte 1793 til sin slektning justisråd Henrik Horneman, som samme år overdrog den til handelsmann Ole Poulsen Berg. Etter ham overtok 1821 madam Gjertrud Levanger bryggen. Hun ble 1851 gift med kjøpmann Gregus Jacobsen, og da han døde 1876, ble Bakklandsbryggen kjøpt av Theodor Moe. 1909 overtok Julius M. Westvig, som også eide naboeiendommen Nedre Bakklandet 4.

Mellom Bakklandsbryggen og Gamle Bybro lå tidligere Tollkammeret på Bakklandet. 1774 inneholdt bryggen lagerrom, svalganger og en liten krambod. [Kilde: Trondheim Byleksikon (Oslo 2008) s. 69-70]
