Deutsch: Der Titel steht 9-zeilig rechts oben im Plan. Rechts unten eine Legende mit den Grenzen des Weichbildes, der Standesamts-Bezirke, Parochien, Superintendenturen, Standes-Amtslokal, daneben die Benennung der 4 im Plan als römische Ziffern referenzierte Superintendenturen und "Revier Polizei Bureau". Der Plan ist unterteilt in Planquadrate A-M und 1-10.
