English: The river was not flowing much as it was a dry summer and the waterfalls were not at their best.
The Grand Falls Gorge, has a 1.6 km (1 mi) walking trail located along the spectacular gorge with great views from various lookouts. It is also possible to explore the gorge on a zip line. Grand Falls is situated on the Saint John River. The town derives its name from a waterfall created by a series of rock ledges over which the river drops 23 meters (75 ft). |
