    Deutsch: Von einem nicht mehr vollständig erhaltenen Nikolaus-Flügelaltar aus der Zeit um 1485, befinden sich an der Nordwand des Chores in der Kirche St. Mariae in Mühlhausen - Thüringen, die zwei restlichen Seitentafeln, auf denen zwölf Szenen aus dem Leben des Heiligen dargestellt werden.Hier eine Szene mit dem Heiligen Nikolaus, wie er drei Männer befreit, die von Kaiser Konstantin verurteilt wurden und im Block eingeschlossen, aber unschuldig sind.
