Description
Español: En el caso peruano, la ruralidad y la lejanía ofrecen una perspectiva particularmente relevante para comprender los límites de la inclusión educativa. En efecto, la historia ha mostrado que muchas personas de las zonas rurales y remotas del Perú han sido excluidas de la educación en virtud de mecanismos de discriminación que afectaron a diversas generaciones. Los cambios registrados dieron cuenta de cómo de la generalizada inexistencia de escuelas y maestros, se pasó a la expansión de un servicio de baja calidad que dio acceso a la educación de niños, niñas y adolescentes rurales sin garantizarles condiciones de educabilidad y bienestar adecuadas, prácticas pedagógicas apropiadas, una trayectoria escolar exitosa y niveles satisfactorios de aprendizaje.
