Summary[edit]

Description
English: An after-mission report from July 20, 1950, in item 8, lines 3-7, says U.S. Air Force planes strafed "people in white,"' South Korean civilians, at the direction of a ground controller ("Angelo Yoke"). The mass killing of South Korean refugees at No Gun Ri began six days later with an air attack. The existence of this and many similar documents showing a policy and practice of indiscriminate civilian killings was not disclosed in the Pentagon's 2001 No Gun Ri investigative report.
