Deutsch: Ölgemälde „Kain und Abel“ von Norbert Tschirpke (in Privatbesitz) aus der Ausstellung Norbert Tschirpke, Bilder: 20. Mai bis 17. Juni 1990, Städtisches Gustav-Lübcke-Museum Hamm (1990). Kain und Abel kämpfen inmitten einer roten Farbfläche.
Als Vorlage des Bildes „Kain und Abel“ wurde ein Gemälde von Rubens (Öl auf Holz, 1608/1609) genutzt. Das 1991 entstandene Ölbild zeigt Kain, der mit einer goldenen Keule seinen Bruder Abel erschlägt. Mit Hilfe eines Projektors wurde die Bildvorlage auf die Leinwand projiziert, die Umrisse wurden dann anschließend herausgekratzt und darin die figürliche Komposition eingesetzt. Die Leinwand wurde zuvor mit vielen Farbsichten gestaltet und dann anschließend mit roter Ölfarbe relativ pastos bemalt. |
