Description
English: North British Type 2 (later Class 22) 1,100 hp B-B No.D6351 in BR green livery with small yellow warning panel and divided headcodes on hydraulic jacks and undergoing repairs to its frame in the diesel repair shop (converted from the steam repair shop) at Old Oak Common shed Open Day, 07/67. The Class 22's were one of BR's (& NB's) greatest failures of the early diesel designs - and there were quite a few candidates for that accolade! Scanned photograph taken with a Kowa SET.
