Description
日本語: 能代市役所第一庁舎の夜景。この庁舎は1949年2月に起きた能代大火で市役所が焼失した後、復興建築として1950年に竣工したもので、霞ケ関ビルなどを手掛けた武藤清による設計である。竣工当初は北欧風と称された。
