English: Inside of a "ñora" or "nyora", a red rond dried Spanish pepper, not hot.
Català: Nyora escaldada i partida per la meitat per a veure el seu interior. Sembla buida, però hi ha un milímetre de polpa pegat a la cara interna de la pell. Aquesta polpa és la que es rasca amb una cullereta per a ser utilitzada com a condiment o per a salses com el xató, la salvitxada, el romesco, etc.
