Description
English: The Governmental boat: a cartoon by Rocha Vieira, published on O Século Cómico, satirising António Granjo's governmental cabinet of 1920. The inscription says: "It will be a miracle if we are not wrecked. The rocks are plenty and this small boat is sailing straight... to the bottom." The rocks are labelled "STRIKES", "POLITICKING", and "PARLIAMENT".
Português: O catraio governamental: um cartoon de Rocha Vieira, publicado n'O Século Cómico, satirizando o governo de António Granjo em 1920. Diz a inscrição: "Será milagre se não encalhar. Os escolhos sucedem-se e assim será mais um catraio que vai à vela... para o fundo." Os rochedos dizem "GREVES", "POLITIQUICE", e "PARLAMENTO".
