| Description |
Nederlands: Er waren ooit 26 Lunetten, aarden wallen waarachter de soldaten zich konden verschuilen. De enkele Lunetten die nog over zijn, zijn duidelijk te herkennen in het landschap langs de Plesmanweg. Er zijn plannen de Lunetten te herstellen en de grachten een natuurlijk aanzien te geven. De obelisk op Lunet 14 is ter ere van het 200-jarig bestaan van de Stelling van Beverwijk gerestaureerd. De onthulling van dit monument dat aan de oorlog van 1799 herinnert vond plaats op 8 december 2000. Datering: 2000-12-08 |

Nederlands: Dit monument is afkomstig van lunet nr. 15. Deze lunet werd in 1932 afgegraven om ruimte te creëren voor de uitbreiding van algemene Begraafplaats Duinrust. Het gedenkteken werd daarna geplaatst op lunet nr. 14 aan de Creutzberglaan
