Mi sono tagliato con il coltello, una fettina di Soppressa Veneta, originale Vicentina DOP una carne morbida, grazie alla macinatura a freddo, un insieme di sapori dal giusto equilibrio tra sale pepe, aromi e aglio, un vero piacere per il palato. Lo so avrei dovuto accompagnarla con una (poenta) polenta di Mais Marano e funghi, ma anche (pan e sopressa) pane e Soppressa accompagnata da un buon bicchiere di Cabenet soddisfa ogni palato. |
