English: Okareshwar Shiva Temple near Ramshah Ghat in Abu Khaireni Ward No. 6 of Tanahu District. There is a flower garden around the temple premises. The premises of Okareshwar Shiva Temple is also very wide. There is an arrangement for priests to stay in the temple premises and there are other buildings as well. There is a temple of Ganesha on the right side of the entrance to the temple and there are idols of various other deities. In the sanctum sanctorum of Okareshwar temple, there is a very artistic style of Shiva linga. Near Ling, there are large tridents, Damru and Rudraksha garlands. For the convenience of devotees, there are 4 entrances in the temple. This temple attracts a large number of devotees daily. The great festival of Hindus, Mahashivaratri, is celebrated in this temple with huge crowds of devotees as well as other festivals.
