Olumo Rock located in Abeokuta in Ogun state served as a fortress for the people of Egba Land in the tribal war of the region, particularly that of the 19th Century.

Description
English: The Olumo rock is one of the largest heritages in Nigeria. It represents a pillar of hope, a place of refuge and worship for the Egba people and many Yoruba people. It also boasts of arable land and green vegetation which shows that it has been preserved enough not to be affected adversely by natural pollution, hence, it contributes as a source of sustaining the environment.
