Description
English: As a tailor dozes outside his shop, a passing tramp notices that a fine coat is displayed on a mannequin. The tramp switches his own tattered coat for the mannequin's, and then flees wearing the fine coat. The tailor then obtains an iron maiden from a museum, and mounts it on the mannequin so that it looks like a fine coat. When another tramp tries to wear the iron maiden, he is trapped.

This is the first instance of sequential art to appear in the New York World.
