Bahasa Indonesia: salah satu adat istiadat yang dilakukan menjelang pernikahan di sumatera utara dan sekitar yang berasal dari batak toba yaitu "manortor" yaitu melakukan tarian purba menggunakan "ulos" dan sederhana ini yang di iringi musik gondang. ulos adalah kain khas dan juga tradisional yang berasal dari batak. tarian tor-tor bermaksud untuk perayaan sebuah acara juga serta juga sebagai media komunikasi. dalam photo terlihat seorang laki-laki dan perempuan (pengantin) sedang menari tor-tor menggunakan ulos pada malam hari
English: one of the customs carried out asking for a marriage in North Sumatra and surrounding areas originating from Batak Toba, namely "manortor" which is doing ancient dancing using "ulos" and using this which is accompanied by gondang music. ulos is a typical fabric and also traditionally derived from batak. dancing tor-tor for events as well as communication media. in the photo, men and women (brides) are dancing tor-tor using ulos at night
