English: Pyramid of Asia, Healing Center (Philippines)[1] [The Pyramid of Asia now rises from a farmland in the pilgrimage town of Manaoag in Pangasinan, the land of healers. The Pyramid was officially inaugurated on November 25, 1999 by Fidel V. Ramos, former President of the Philippines and in the presence of international participants from 21 countries around the world. The German architect Dieter Loewer conceived the original design to accommodate Philippine cultural and spiritual patterns while capturing the cosmic energy flow. This results in a perfect collision of magnetic and electric waves inside the Pyramid. Extreme weather conditions deteriorated the wood and in the year 2007, the entire Pyramid was restored to its original glory with the kind help of Mrs. Meijerink and Mr. Matser, applying stronger sustainable material. As of today, the Pyramid of Asia Resort furthermore consists of a chapel for gatherings and seminars, a restaurant with outdoor bar and terrace, large (adult and children) swimming pools surrounded by greens, massage cottages and a herbal and meditation garden. The resort also accommodates 20 bungalows (2 star comfort) offering single, twin or family bedrooms with a separate bathroom.] |
