Summary

[edit]
Description
English: One of the first steam locomotive to have been built on the West Coast, and it is the oldest surviving steam locomotive on the West Coast. It is on permanent display at Cascade Locks. Looks almost like it was designed by somebody who only heard descriptions of a steam locomotive but never seen one in real life!
