Summary[edit]

Description The Orientale Basin is an 900 km impact basin located on the extreme western limb of the Moon. Orientale is the youngest and best-preserved of the large impact basins on the Moon. This visual shows the State of Texas at the same scale. Prepared for NASA by Stephen Paul Meszaros.
