Description
Deutsch: Ossifikationen im Verlauf des Ligamentum coracoclaviculare ohne anamnestisch zu eruierende Ursache. Am ehesten kommt jedoch ein Z.n. Trauma (möglicherweise mit Einblutung) in Frage, da es sich um Ossifikationen und keine amorphen Verkalkungen (Stoffwechselstörung) handelt. Ein Hochstand der Klavikel als Hinweis auf eine ältere, möglicherweise verschleppte AC-Gelenksprengung mit Ruptur des Ligaments findet sich jedoch nicht.
