Summary[edit]

Description
English: Looking north above the express tracks of the Ossining (Metro-North station) along the Metro-North Hudson Line in the Village of Ossining, New York, as a diesel-electric locomotive pushes some Shoreliner passenger cars towards Grand Central Terminal. The station house is above the tracks on the north side of the Secor Road bridge which was built in 1914, and the bridge has been replaced in 1980. The back staircases lead to both platforms, and shelters exist below the canopies, even if only the one on the Croton-Harmon and Poughkeepsie-bound platform can be seen here. An old waterfront warehouse and a New York Central Railroad substation can also be seen in the background, the latter of which is behind a small tree along the northbound tracks.
