Description
English: View into the cold-flow nozzle, towards the front of the engine, of a en:General Electric GEnx installed on a en:Boeing 747-8 (version -2B of the engine). The core of the engine is on the top left of the photo. Numerous outlet guide vanes can be seen, and ahead of them, the black-and-white fan blades.
Français : Vue à l’intérieur de la tuyère « froide » d’un turboréacteur en:General Electric GEnx installé sur un en:Boeing 747-8 (version -2B du moteur). Le corps (« chaud ») du moteur est en haut à gauche sur la photo. On aperçoit au loin de nombreux stators de soufflante, et devant eux, les pales noir et blanc de la soufflante elle-même.
