Marcos Jr. para sa isang photo opportunity sa Malacañan Palace ngayong ika-3 ng Marso. Kabilang sa mga nakatanggap ng parangal sa TOFIL ay sina Dr. Persida V. Rueda Acosta, Engr. Maria Catalina Estamo Cabral, Mr. Nemesio R. Miranda Jr., Mr. Hans T. Sy at Dr. Ruben I. Villareal.
