Description
Français : Cet exhaussement a été réalisé par l'un des derniers meuniers, Jean Bouet, à la fin du 19e siècle ou début du 20e, pour procurer plus de débit à sa turbine ( témoignage de sa petite fille, dans le livre "Pittoresque Montferrier" du groupe Patrimoine de Montferrier) Après l'abandon du moulin, en 1956, l'exhaussement a été détruit par les crues du Lez, entièrement en rive droite, et partiellement au centre de l'exhaussement.
