"Pinto Leite" house / Casa e Jardim do Campo Pequeno, na Rua da Maternidade nº 3 a 13, na freguesia de Massarelos, Porto, Portugal

Em junho de 2015, a Câmara do Porto voltou a colocar o Palacete Pinto Leite no mercado. O imóvel de interesse patrimonial, adquirido pelo Município em 1996 e que está devoluto, vale agora 1,55 milhões de euros.

O edifício, que acolheu o Conservatório de Música do Porto até 2008 fez parte da lista de imóveis municipais para alienar em 2014 avaliado em 2,58 milhões de euros.

A Autarquia pretende a venda por leilão do Palacete, classificado como "imóvel com interesse patrimonial". Os jardins também estão classificados como "área verde privada a salvaguardar". A proposta de alienação pelo valor base de licitação de 1,55 milhões de euros.

Quem adquirir o palacete terá de cumprir uma condição: o edifício terá de ser afeto "a fins de âmbito cultural e artístico", não podendo ser dada outra vocação. A obrigação, imposto pelo Município, sustenta-se na utilização histórica do espaço e nas características arquitetónicas.
