Description
English: La Cascada de Peguche es un salto de agua de aproximadamente 20 metros de altura por 3 de ancho, sus aguas vienen desde el Lago San Pablo, está situado dentro del “Bosque Protector Cascada de Peguche” que tiene unaextensión de 40 Ha.

Este sitio es un Apu (Sitio sagrado) y Centro ceremonial, allí se realizan baños de purificación para dar inicio a las fiestas del Inti Raymi del calendario indígena.

Se encuentra a 23 Km desde Ibarra, a 10 min de la salida de la Panamericana Norte desde Otavalo y a 2 Km de la parroquia de Peguche.
