מצפה ישי - היא שכונת מגורים של הישוב קדומים, הבנויה על גבעה בכניסה ליישוב. היא על שמו של בן קדומים ישי שכטר הי"ד , חלל צה"ל שנפל בלבנון. המצפה תוכנן על-ידי האדריכל אברהם גיבור תושב המקום. בניית השכונה מתבצעת על-ידי חברת קדומים 3000. השכונה מאוכלסת היום על-ידי 60 משפחות. בתהליך בנייה עוד 5-10 בתים. בשכונה בית כנסת, מעון יום, גן ילדים , גן חובה בשכונה הסמוכה הר אפרים ומקווה. תחבורה ציבורית מצומצמת קיימת לשכונה. מהכניסה לקדומים רבתי עולה שביל תלול לשכונה (לא נח לאנשים מבוגרים). הכניסה והיציאה מהשכונה ברכב, לאלה שאינם תושבי המקום, היא רק באישור מוקד הבטחון.
