Summary

[edit]
Description A very popular dam in Andhra Pradesh India on the river Krishna and surrounded by the dense Nallamalla Forests and Amrabad Tiger Reserve. I was here as a kid during its construction and remember marvelling at its scale from the opposite bank near the deep wells. The wells scared me for a long time. Well. truth is that the water was deep in those days, now there is barely a drop.
