Deutsch: Werner F. Kunz (1896-1981): Theophrastus Paracelsus von Hohenheim (1493 – 1541) Arzt, Alchemist, Astrologe, Mystiker, Laientheologe und Philosoph; Gedenkplakette (1940, Bronze) für die Schweiz. Chem. Gesellschaft SCG aus Anlass des 500. Todestages von Paracelsus. Die Medaille findet sich in Münz- und Medaillensammlungen, u.a. im Stadtarchiv Zürich, Sign. X.B.242. - Sie wird bis dato alle zwei Jahre durch die SCG als Paracelsus-Preis verliehen an international herausragende Wissenschaftler für ein Lebenswerk der chemischen Forschung.
