Description
Deutsch: Parcelsushaus in der Postgasse, Bad Sankt Leonhard im Lavanttal im Bezirk Wolfsberg, Kärnten, Österreich, EU.

Die Quellen und Bründl (Brunnen) des Oberen Lavanttal sind durch das "Preblauer- Heil- und Mineralwasser" in der Region bekannt geworden. Der Naturforscher Theoprastus Bombastus von Hohenheim, genannt Paracelsus, hat sich im Jahr 1583 im Oberen Lavanttal aufgehalten, um sich mit den damals auftretenden Krankheiten der Bergleute in den Bergwerken von Kliening und dem in der Region vorkommenden "sauren Wasser" zu beschäftigen.

Auf Anordnung des Leibarztes der in Klagenfurt lebenden Tochter von Kaiserin Maria Theresia wurde das Wasser des Gesundbrunnens in Bad Sankt Leonhard in verschlossenen Tontöpfen, nach Wien an den Kaiserhof verschickt.
